01All sales are final
Because our codebooks are digital and delivered instantly, the file is in your hands within seconds of payment — there's no way to "return" it once delivered. We recommend reading the sample chapter and FAQ before purchase.
02When we do issue a refund
We issue full refunds in genuine cases of:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same order.
- Failed or wrong delivery — you paid but never received the file, or received the wrong title, and we're unable to fix it within a few hours.
- Unauthorised payment — a payment was made from your account without your knowledge.
Because our books are educational tools and not guarantees, "didn't get the result I expected" is not grounds for a refund.
03How to request a refund
Email hello@the21codes.com with your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Please write within 7 days of purchase.
04Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
