Refunds & IssuesWhen refunds apply, and how to raise problems

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, there's no way to "return" a file once delivered. We issue full refunds in genuine cases of duplicate charges, wrong-title delivery, or failed delivery. See our Refund Policy.

This is rare but happens occasionally. Email us with the email used at checkout, the amount charged, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation — we'll reconcile and resolve within a few hours.
